Chicago band from the 1990s. The Pulsars’ “Teenage Nites” 7-inch on Sweet Pea Records was its first release.

The backstory: Dave and Harry Trumfio are brothers who came together for the Pulsars. They recorded one 7-inch for Sweet Pea Records, “Teenage Nites.” Then they moved to major-label Almo Sounds, where they released several recordings. Dave Trumfio co-founded Kingsize Sound Labs in Chicago and now runs the recording studio in Los Angeles. He has credits on many releases, including mastering, mixing recording, producing, composing and engineering credits. Harry played drums and percussion on many recordings, including Light FM, E for Explosion, Earlimart, Dallas Don Burnet and others.
